Domestic
Our Shipping & Handling charges are very simple. No matter how many shoes or accessories you buy, the shipping rates below apply. Please note when choosing a rate, all orders placed after 2pm est will be processed the following day. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. We cannot ship to a P. O. Box.

Shoe Candy Exchange & Return Policy
We are very excited and thrilled that you placed an order with us and want you to be equally as thrilled with your order. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return or exchange it within 21 days of receipt of your order. All shoes must be in original condition, in the original shoeboxes with tissue paper/wrapping/dust bag and cannot show any signs of wear or the return may be rejected. All accessories must be unused, and must have original labels attached/dust bags or else the returned item may be rejected. Please ship returned merchandise to:

Please note that a special order can be returned for a store or internet credit only. The credit can be used on future orders and does not expire.
Please note that all sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
For exchanges, simply let us know what you would like as an alternate order and we will ship it as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. Please note that you should call ASAP so that we can put your alternate choice aside. We will ship the exchange free of charge for the initial exchange only. If subsequent exchanges are necessary you will be charged shipping rates.
Returns
Returns will be credited back to your original form of payment for the cost of the merchandise being returned. We will process the return as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. Please be certain the package is insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned.
Shoe Candy Order Status
We will do everything possible to ship your package within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm est will be processed the next day. If an item is on backorder you will be notified promptly. Your credit card will not be charged until the items are shipped.

Shoe Candy Gift Certificates
Shoe Candy gift certificates are available. At your request we will send the gift certificate directly to the recipient along with information about our store and website. We can also gift wrap the certificate in a shoe box for a $3 extra charge. The recipient will receive the gift certificate along with a note with your personal message. There is no charge for standard delivery on unwrapped gift certificates.
